Turf Command Center SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to service and customer care texts sent through the Turf Command Center SMS Program. Turf Command Center is business software made by its parent company, Turf Foundry.
About the program
Your landscaping company sends transactional and customer care texts through Turf Command Center. These include quote links and reminders, visit scheduling, on-the-way and arrival notices, service completion updates, invoices, overdue reminders, payment receipts, failed-payment notices, and replies from company staff. The program does not send marketing texts.
Service messages begin with your landscaping company's name and end with "Reply STOP to opt out. Powered by Turf Command Center".
Your consent and message frequency
You opt in through your landscaping company's Turf Command Center customer portal during a service request, quote, or onboarding. You enter your mobile number and tick a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated or non-automated service and customer care texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not affect your access to full service through email and the portal. After you opt in, you receive one confirmation text.
Message frequency varies according to your quotes, scheduled visits, service activity, billing, and replies to your landscaping company.
Message and data charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless plan determines any charges for sending or receiving texts.
Opting out or opting back in
Reply STOP to the number that sent your company's messages to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further texts from that number unless you opt back in.
- Opt-out keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT.
- To opt back in, text START or UNSTOP to the same number.

Reply HELP or INFO to receive your landscaping company's contact details. For SMS program support, email contact@turffoundry.com.
Message delivery
Delivery depends on network availability and your wireless carrier's service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligible numbers and program changes
You must control the mobile number you enroll or be authorized to use it. The program may be changed or ended, and these terms will be updated when required.
