Your service relationship is with your landscaping company. Turf Command Center is the software it uses to send service and customer care texts.
Information collected and used
The program may collect your name, mobile number, service address, service and quote details, communication preferences, SMS opt-in consent, and the content of messages exchanged with your landscaping company.
Your landscaping company uses this information to handle requests, quotes, services, billing, and customer questions. Turf Command Center uses it to send transactional and customer care texts. No marketing texts.
Sharing
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only to operate the program, including delivering text messages.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to support services, maintain records, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
